Child and youth residential accommodation and care

Supported residential care provides a safe home environment for disadvantaged children and adolescents who have no caring adult to look after them. Whether it’s facilitating home placement assistance, or providing therapeutic support services, our purpose is to help young people to flourish, no matter their circumstances.

In collaboration with the Department of Child Protection and other wrap-around service providers, we smoothly transition young people into stable, long-term housing arrangements, so they can optimise their independence, learning and personal growth.

Supporting young people in our homes

We offer residential home accommodation, together with individualised, short-term support plans that address the young person’s specific needs, empowering them to meet their full potential.

Our tailored support plans address requirements across ten key life domains:

General health care

Emotional wellbeing and mental health

Self-care and living skills

Transition to plan

Behaviour management strategies

Education and programs

Social peers and relationships

Culture and identity

Family connections and access

Sport and recreational interests

Our dedicated team members are on duty around the clock, guaranteeing environments that are not only safe and secure, but nurturing and supportive.
